OK, I’ve decided it’s time for a change of moniker. I’ve been using the same handle all over the internet for over a year, and I’m getting bored with it.

So, I thought I’d let you guys make some suggestions. Post your ideas for a new handle for me in this thread, and when I find the one I think suits me best, I will have myself de-registered and re-register with the new name.

The person who bestows the winning handle upon me will receive an e-mail praising him/her/it/what? for his/her/its/what?'s cleverness.

Actually, I have always liked your name. It reminds me of my history classes (specifically, the subject of Turkey).
So, for my suggestion, I would have to say: Hagia Sofia.

Damnit! My spelling ability drops off after about 9:00 p.m. The fact that your name is derived from Haggia Sophia is even more reason not to change it!

Honestly, I do like it. Plus its an A, so you’re ahead of almost everybody alphabetically. Yet another reason not to change.

Hmmm…well, Byzantine is already taken. Ataturk? I guess that’s not feminine enough. I actually have an idea in my mind (though I have to look it up in my College poli. sci. books)…I will get back to you tomorrow if the idea pans out.

Well since the poster-formerly-known-as-Bratman007 ever so cruelly decided it wasn’t good enough for him when I suggested it, maybe you could try Chicken of Bristol? Not that you would want someone’s rejected username but I think it’s a good one and it would serve Crunchy Frog right if someone else snatched it up!
