Looks to me that she very likely did not. The guy she attacked has his left hand in the air, so it would have been his right hand. But he was a bit behind the reporter and there was another guy between this guy’s right side and her. OTOH, that other guy had his left hand on someone’s shoulder the entire time. Hard to figure.
The reporter had her back to him so she wouldn’t have known who it was.
I’m not positive, but this is my guess too. The other guys’ hands seem to be visible, the guy she hit was kind of pushing against her a few seconds earlier, and it looked to me like his right shoulder moves toward her like he’s grabbing her butt just before she hits him. Hard to say for sure, though.
I think she got the right guy. Look at the way he looked at her at 0:22. The other guy seemed to be more in the moment, cheering with the fans and not paying much attention to her.
She does have the advantage of knowing exactly where on her body he groped her, how the pressure was directed, whether the contact was moving in a certain direction when it started and when it finished, and the like. We have no idea of that.
By “advantage” I mean it gives her extra ability to figure out what happened, not that getting groped is overall anything better than disadvantageous.
I didn’t watch it in slo-mo, but I saw several odd glances from him, so I pretty much knew who was gonna be whacked before it took place. I’m fairly certain she got the right guy. Court of law certain? Maybe not. Court of public opinion certain. Sure.
