I’m certain this sort of thing is going to start happening in Florida, but that particular video is possibly a few years old (I read the comments on various postings of it) (not that that makes things any better).

Fine, right? Except for all the laws against LGBT people! You could end up getting the death penalty for being gender non-conforming. Or doing a drag show.
Honestly, it’s kind of genius.
You sell it as saying that you want to give a final solution to people who harm children, and cite statistics that show sexual predators released from prison who reoffend. You’ll probably get a significant number of people who support that sort of thing, because who doesn’t want to protect children?
Then afterwards, it’s like, “Oh by the way…”

I was a tomboy in the 1970’s. Can’t tell you how many times I was pressured to wear skirts/dresses instead of pants. Some people got really, really worked up about it. We’re returning to that time. And even earlier when gender non-conformity was even more fraught.
Anti-trans laws may be causing personnel issues for the US military and threatening national security.
