Hello everyone!
First things first:
Rosie, I’m sorry you’re blue. I’m sending big hugs to you.
Sean, a happy belated birthday to you! We May babies are jake, aren’t we? My b-day is next weekend (the 19th), and I’ll be 29 with 14 years of experience. Bats eyelashes at Unca Swampy
Jah, the story about your dog brought tear to my eye. Animals are something, aren’t they?
I should be be sleepy; I think Lissla is stealing it from all of us.
Hoo-boy! Work has not been fun, but I’m plowing through it.
kai, you can still see Mt. Rainier from Seattle on a clear day, but it has to have rained the day before to clear all the damn smog. Fortunately, I can still see The Mountain in all her glory on clear days; but then again, I live closer to it. She is rotting from the inside, but is still a wonder to behold.
Bah! DO NOT get me going on the taxes thing again. We are taxed to death in this state; partly because we don’t pay a state income tax. On the other hand, they’ve tried getting the citizens to vote for state income tax (a few times), but the legislature was not willing to give up other taxes in return for it. Uh… I don’ theeenk so Meester!
Swampy, I’m glad you were able to get your liner fixed. How on earth would you have been able to have your yearly pool tube/snake party if it had been broken?
The spider pictures don’t bother me all that much. They don’t bother me that much. I’ve actually held a tarantula in my hands. They are incredibly soft. I happened to read on the news today that the brown widow spider is making its way north now. It’s venom is supposed to be worse than the black widow. The good news is that when it bites, it doesn’t release as much venom at a time as a black widow.
FCM, good luck with the craft show! I hope you sell lots and that the weather cooperates too.
Hmmm, I guess that’s all I’ve got for now. I’m a little fuzzy-headed today.
