revisiting old deamons

Hello again, long time no see…

I am sure some people remember me and that some of those who do now have a smile on their faces. :smiley:

anyway, as i say in the subject: revisiting old deamons.

what do i mean by that?

well, for those of you who remember…i am/was somewhat infamous (beats me why) and recent events have made me think about the deamons that made me the man i am known as here on the SDMB.

the thing is that i recently got to know a person on another message board that didnt understand what i was saying (ok, here some people stop reading)…but wait! this IS different.

the thing is i found myself in the shoes of coldfire, rousseu and various other denizens of the SDMB…

how?

well, it is not entirely true that i was the one that was being misunderstood…it was more like: this person never said anything that made sense.

the letters and words he wrote were all wrong and haphazardly aligned to one another…and it somehow made me think if what i was experiencing when i was reading that guys text, was the same as coldfire and rousseu experienced all that time ago when they were reading my texts.

i wonder if this guy is trolling me, it could be possible.
but from my point of view, i consider it is safer not to presume that.

so, i revisited my experience here at the SDMB and compared it with what i was going through now with this guy (me on both sides of the table) and i figured out that you guys here from days past are complete idiots.

even more idiots than i thought you were in days past…

(note that i am talking to anybody who accepts blame)

why are you guys complete idiots?

without going to great lenghts and explain(it would require a detailed report about every doper to blame, including me). i want to give you a chance of figuring it out for yourselves. if you want, please do not hesitate to ask me to give you your own personal report.

I guess the positive side to this is that I only had to read the OP once to understand it. Great show, even though you end up calling “those who accept blame” (those who never could understand a word you said in the past?) “complete idiots”.

FWIW, I always felt it was more the obtuse arguments rather than the quality of your English that made so many ireful. But as (largely) a bystander to those memorable events I stand aside and look forward to much mirth ensuing.

i also have this “need to enlighten” urge that i simply couldnt satisfy until i posted my thoughts here…

the thoughts that emerged after having been on both sides of the table simply had to be printed here.

BooBoo: this thread was not intended to enlighten new users, you can stay out of this and be happy about it. trust me about that.

if you want to do your own digging i presume there are plenty of old threads lying around waiting to be discovered…just do a search, people tell me this is all i write about so you shouldnt have any troubles.

So, you got frustrated because a person at another message board was incoherent in his writing, and instead of thinking “Boy, now I know how those poor Dopers feel when they read MY posts!”, you thought “Heh! This guy is even more incoherent than me. Therefore, all Dopers must be stupid for being unable to understand me”.

Does that about sum it up?

i realized how stupid i would be if i were to react in the same manner as you did in days past because I know how your reactions do NOT help.

so, after having been on both sides of the table, i realized your side is wrong…how to fix that, i dont know.

bj0rn - it would be easier if i were simply to say i was wrong…it would be easier to accept. but it just isnt like that and you had better accept that.
