I was eating a bit of lunch and realized I hadn’t checked in lately - little did I realize it had been two years. No births, no deaths, no injuries, no calamities. Odd how the time sort of slips by.
Now, where was I when last I posted…
Well, we’ve rebelled against King George and your wife’s died and kids are grown. Other than that, not much.
So it really is taking longer than we thought.
Hey, plnnr! Good to see a familiar name back again. It always makes me a teeny bit depressed when I read old threads, and see old names that have stopped coming around. Stupid people going off and having lives and stuff…

Still there has been only one recent event that I would call newsworthy:
Someone was paid not to post on the Dope (member to member).
That’s it? What about that poster who is having an affair, posted about it, spawned a few nasty threads and she anded up changing her user name. If that’s not newsworthy I don’t know what is.
Gone for two years, and you still have 2.39 posts per day.
That’s scary, that is. Explains why I remember you, too.
