This is all over the news here. The story is so horrific I’m obeying the two click rule and providing a link to the Google page.
Here in a spoiler box is the terrible story
Leibby Kletzky, was supposed to meet his family on his walk home from day camp in Brooklyn’s Borough Park neighbourhood but never arrived.
Police said they had surveillance video of the boy, who they believe had got lost while walking home, getting into a car with a man a few blocks from the park.
A 35-year-old man, Levi Aron, who also lived in the borough’s tightly knit Orthodox Jewish community, was apprehended in his third floor attic apartment on 466 East 2nd Street in Brooklyn, in a building shared with his father and uncle.
When police arrived to arrest him at around 2:40am, the door was ajar. They asked him where the boy was and he nodded towards the kitchen.
Detectives saw blood on the refrigerator door and opened it to discover the feet inside, wrapped in plastic bags.
A cutting board and three bloody carving knives were in the refrigerator and a plastic rubbish bag with bloody towels was found nearby.
Mr Aron told police where to find the rest of the body. It was in pieces, wrapped in black plastic bags, inside a red suitcase that had been tossed into a rubbish bin in another Brooklyn neighbourhood.
Aron was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder. He lived most of his life in New York and worked as a clerk at a hardware supply store around the corner from his home.
New York Police Department Commissioner Ray Kelly said it appears that Kletzky’s encounter with Aron appeared to be “totally random”.
There is no puncishment servere enough for this savage.
