I can’t in good conscience applaud this, but I’m going to do it anyway. 
“Meatball Ron” is almost melodic. Tailor-made for songwriting.
All of the above are easier than, and don’t require knowing the backstory of, Ron ‘Pudding Cup Fingers’ DeSantis.
i saw a trump for president commercial, and they went with ron desalestax. they had it to the tune of old macdonald.

There was a commercial during the last gubernatorial campaign, that lauded Ron as “God’s chosen one,” or similar words. I assumed that’s where the ‘sanctimonious’ moniker sprang from.

Regarding meatball, it’s sometimes applied disparagingly to guys who are more brawn than brains. Doesn’t really apply in this case, but what the hey.
AFA brains go, he took on the Mouse because they hurt his fee fees, and he had a chance to look brawny…ish, but instead chose to wear white go go boots. Yeah, that’s presidential material 
Sometimes referring to an overweight person. Or a slow witted or slow moving person. It’s always intended to disparage.
In other words, just a general term of abuse.
In DeSantis’s case it just might be a compliment.
