Not wrong, and I think DeSantis was overly impressed by his complicit state legislature. If those spineless wimps had stood up for the rule of law, rather than caving to his demands, his many “victories” in the War on Woke would never have been a thing, and his basic lack of charisma would have made his efforts to reach the national scale much less plausible.

Actually, Fox will be busy with an episode of MasterChef at that time. The debate is only on Fox News. No word yet on where the Trump interview will show up.
Meanwhile, I expect the MAGA PAC to announce the results of a survey showing that the winner of the debate was…the empty podium that was reserved for Trump.
The only one worth watching is Christie, altho it is possible Desantis melts down.

Christie won’t win the nomination, but he is pretty good at political debate. Sharp New Jersey sarcasm and snark and his experience as a prosecutor.
I’ll watch highlights though, I can’t torture myself to watch the entire debacle.

Most likely yes. He has skills.
Technically no, they already filmed the interview, but the plan is to release it to the public at the same time, so it’s kind of like he’s getting interviewed at the same time. But since Tucker got fired and he’s too radioactive for anyone to hire him, it’s just a video he’s putting on social media, like an elementary school kid might.

I would watch, but there’s an episode of the Beverly Hillbillies playing on a high channel - the Clampetts get a hippopotamus when one of Mr. Drysdale’s advertising schemes backfires. I’d much rather watch that.
I prefer to seek a higher intellectual plane than the debate, so I’ll be watching “Court Cam” and “My Strange Arrest”.
