Gosh! and I’d always imagined him as a commando sorta guy.
There was a hilarious photograph of one of these paintings on the front of the London Sunday Times, with a bemused US solider looking at it.
The best way I can describe it is that an airbrushed big-titted blonde naked babe is sitting on an altar casting a ray from her fingertips that turns into a serpent that’s wrapping round a hunky guy with a sword and a blonde mullet, while a flame-eyed demon looks on.
I think it reveals something: not only was he a ruthless dictator, but Saddam Hussein clearly played D&D and listened to Whitesnake.
He struck me as a tight white breifs kind of guy for some reason.

I don’t suppose anyone has seen any photos of this place, beyond the rather tame one on the CNN site…?
