I fell back asleep after irk, just woke up.
No wonder I never get anything done around here.
Finally heard from my niece, Christmas brunch is at noon tomorrow. We are having ham, breakfast casserole, and hashed browns.
I’ll have to leave by 10 at the latest, so I’ll plan to be out by 9:30.
Going over to my sister’s for Christmas Eve giftery. Should be… Stressful lol yay family!
Skip the shotgun and explosives; they may screw up all the gifts. Same with meat cleavers to the head; bloodstains on some new sweater would really bum the mood. I would probably go with a simple baseball bat to the head, move the gifts out of the way, and set fire to the rest in the backyard.
But that could just be me. 
Did 3 hours voluntarily at Da Jungle; which afterwards struck me as a little strange since its all basically going to sit there until Wednesday. Christmas Day basically the entire company is closed; the only such day in our year.
And since its the Holiday
I’ve nearly finished another shawl while watching miscellaneous Netflix and Prime videos.
Roxy has been in full screech mode this afternoon. My grand-nephew has bronchitis, so he won’t be at the family Christmas tomorrow. 
Other than that, just another day in paradise.

Thanks CupCakes for postin’ my first post over here. I have taken care of candle duty part one, had N.O.L., baked a pound cake for tomorrow (I offered to bring sump’n and pound cake was requested) and achieved nappage. This is as festive as I ever get. Well, I will be at Christmas Eve service.

Days sure are short when you take a two hour nap.

Except for the load of clothes in the dryer and running the dishwasher.
It’s getting dark already, I have to go to irk soon.
I need to start tacos soon but my son is still in bed. He told me to wake him at 3. I woke him at 3:30, but I think he went right back to sleep. He is definitely a night person.
I personally prepare for santa with trap doors bear traps …. and a piranha tank……
But alas I don’t live in my own place anymore …… And i reiterate this is the last year im actively participating in xmas if it was for the youngest nephew and disabled cousin I wouldn’t of this year …. but I digress
ill just be glad when its January 7th or 6th and its all over

Home, run, then dinner, then Mr. George Bailey is coming over to wish greetings to the various buildings in town. 
Eggs are deviled and ready to be assembled at my brother’s place. The kitchen has been tidied. I think I’m done for the day.
I made deviled eggs, but they are for us.
Quick and easy breakfast for tomorrow.
I am all set for the big day–tube cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and I got the pizza from the good place, and warming that up will take moments.
Child has borrowed the van to go to the grandmonsters, as his deathmobile wouldn’t make the trip. One moment of joy, the battery died before he arrived–AAA had a new one in before he got here to get the van, so all safe. 6 years seems to be the lifespan for batteries.

Back from the niece’s. We had the traditional turkey and fixins and herteenagers and I made candy cane reindeer like we did when they were little, including the traditional mutant ones.
Chilling now and binge watching the Timeline episodes about the peasant revolt of the middle ages.
I am all shaved and showered. Wouldn’t want to all stinky and with a five o’clock shadow to greet the newborn baby Jesus now would I? Time to kill before I don appropriate attire and head on over to the church house.

Hubby threw our couch out and hauled it to the dump. I have one recliner in my living room and end tables and a coffee table. We have to take turns sitting. New furniture is in the future, hopefully soon. I want leather so the cat can destroy it. Stupid cat.
We finally had our steaks for dinner. They were perfectly cooked. I was able to eat only half so steak and eggs for breakfast.
My turkey is not all the way thawed dammit. I guess I shall put it in
a tub of water very early.
I tidied my empty living room and kitchen. Laundry is in the works and I was a slug too.

I had trailer park/ghetto santa ……he liked a 40 of old English 800 or king cobra and a dime bag of the green along with his cookies
my presents to others are wrapped and im in hock yet again …… and tv dinners shall be consumed as dinner
peanut/cashew/pistachio (one of each) brittles on the stove getting stirred (takes forever…) and theres one last set of cookies to bake but its a Pillsbury roll so that’s easy ……
most of tonight shall be chill until about 12 am ….
might I ask what is your work? I wouldn’t mind an real at home job…….
