Next time you want to give him a manicure, try some really girly nail polish! That should help jolt him awake! ( Maybe in his team rugby colors! But, you have to remember he will be picking out your nursing home one day, so maybe not.)

It’s perhaps a tad early for a new motorbike, Argent Towers.
If I recieve a large box at my P.O. Box address, I get a little card in the box saying to come to the counter to pick it up. So, that shouldn’t be a problem. 
Santo, when you come back and read this thread, note that we’re expecting lots of raunchy tales about you and those hot, hot night-shift nurses.
When he’s awake, let him know that dotchan wants him to hurry up and get well so we can lynch him for lurking. 
Thank you for taking the time to update us, it really means a lot. It’s great to hear that Santo is making progress hopefully he’ll be back posting soon. We need to try a time a mafia game for Santo’s return because Santo is going to have a bunch of free time to devote to a game.
It’s good to hear he is getting better all the time and thank you for the updates.
He’s going to be bored in a hospital, we may need two or three games to keep him occupied.
