Thanks for all the b-day well wishes! Unfortunately, Pat spent his 28th birthday in the hospital. He has pneumonia. He was admitted Sunday but is definitely doing better. He was really alert this evening. He recognized one of the nurses who went all through school with him and became really emotional. That makes me feel sad for him, but excited because he is starting to connect the dots. He really is starting to communicate more. As always his charming personality shines and drives the girls wild!

I’ll keep you posted.

Pat’s back in the hospital. He is having a problem with his gallbladder and will likely have it removed. Apparently this is what caused the problem when he was hospitalized before. He’s much better today since some of the tubes are out. More later…
