Almost blinked and missed it, too.
This is a comics project where you’re supposed to create a 24 page comic in 24 hours.
Y’know… for years I kept mumbling to myself… “One day I’m going to do this. One day I’m going to do this.”
Y’know what? I’m doing it.
At first I didn’t think I could since I’m scheduled to work this Saturday – I was this close to calling in sick — but SCAD Atlanta is hosting the event in Atlanta this year and their event starts Friday at 10am and continues for 24 hours. That’s perfect since Friday’s my day off. I can leave there afterwards and head straight to work.
PROBLEM: SCAD’s event is supposdly not open to the general public.
ATTITUDE: We’ll see.
Anyway – that’s my plans for this Friday/Saturday. Anybody else?
