At Hollywood Bowl! Don Fagen was incredible. At 74, I’m guessing this is his last tour, but they had a great almost two-hour setlist:
Night By Night
Hey 18
Black Friday
Kid Charlemagne
Time Out of Mind (incredible)
F.M.
Home at Last (Absolutely incredible)
Dirty Work (with Danettes doing all vocals, giving Fagen a break)
Peg
Bodhishsttva
My Old School
Reeling In the Years
I saw Steely Dan in 2015, two years before Walter Becker passed away, and it was an amazing show. Has the OP seen SD before Becker’s death and if so, how did the shows compare?
I’d say they’re pretty equal, a little less without Becker’s presence though. When he was there, the solos were pretty split up among the guitars. Sets were different as well. We didn’t hear Sign In Stranger or The Royal Scam this time.
In this tour it looks like there’s at least one difference for each show. I got FM, @cormac262 got Godwhacker at his show.
