It’s a Greek dip made from potatoes, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. It’s terrific.

You should be ashamed, you know that? Hummus is about as complicated as a peanut butter sandwich. You just put the ingredients in a food processor and turn it on. Shame!
There are lots of good skordalia recipes available online. You basically mash cold potatoes with the abovementioned ingredients. Don’t use a food processor though, it can get gluey.

To the others who criticized me for not defending my posts in the other forums – I don’t get it. I thought the point of the first post was to fault me for not posting a variety of opinions.
