Scary Squirrels!

I don’t know what to say - I’m too scared

Weird…

I’ve been attacked by a squirrel once… KInda.

I was climbing a tree cuz I was bored, and I saw a squirrel, and it started to come towards me, from another treee, and I tried to retreat and I fell out of the tree and ripped my sweater.

Very scary experience. I’m scarred for life.

I like squirrels. Maybe only North American Gray Squirrels - not the UK kinds.

My army pal was attacked by a squirrel.

It was a dark autumn night…we were camping 50m away from the barracks (#@&$%¤!!!). He was on “spark duty” and went out for a smoke. That’s when it happened. A squirrel charged right at him and climbed up his leg! We woke up when he screamed and charged back in the tent. When he told us what happened we laughed our asses off. But my joy was short-lived. Next fireguard shift was mine…there I sat in the dark…nobody else was awake but me and the squirrels…

The only time a squirrel caused me injury was when I was walking down this big flight of stairs outside one of my class buildings and there was a squirrel sitting about three feet away next to a tree just looking at me. I have a weakness for small fuzzy animals, and I was staring at it going, “Awwww, you’re so cute!”… missed a step and stumbled down 4 concrete steps before having the presence of mind to grab the railing. Unfortunately caught the metal-bar railing in my armpit… owww… But I still like squirrels. They have fluffy tails and twitchy noses.

I used to (and plan to resume) take morning walks up a nearby mountain and it amused me to keep a squirrel count. And then it hit me: all squirrels look alike, what if it’s only a single squirrel and he’s been following me?

After that, I only counted squirrels when I could see two of them at the same time. They’re tricky little bastards.
