really not buying it. I agree that “Head Screamer” implies underlings, and am really underwhelmed with the reveal of a known player and 2 vanilla claims.
I checked my PM, I will be interested to check some of the details in it with pedescribe at Day end because they don’t make much sense and probably wont until I get to see a full ruleset.
I have no problems being lynched, but allow me to recap.
As for actions, I am a full investigator, I get role and side. Interesting to see that everyone assumed Vanilla = Town, but I guess YMMV. Ho hum.
I am a Town Aligned Screamer 5, and I believe there are only two of us, with JC the other on Night 1. Yes, I had the berynium which would be picked up by Alka Seltzer, I also believe I would have been marked as vanilla town by any other investigative role in the town. Like I said I will be interested to see what the GMs had in mind.
Given everything, I don’t believe there is a Godfather Scum in the town and would be amazed if there was. Alka Seltzer/Gryff/BS, P.I, are pretty much confirmed town and you can add Tom Scud to the list at least.
All I shall say is
Night 1: Tom Scud = Town Vanilla
Night 2: Daphne Black = Town Roleblocker/Weak Role Cop
Night 3: Guiri En Espana = Scum Vanilla
vote Guiri En Espana.

Well I can now confirm CIAS has no investigative powers at all.
Weak. If you were truly Town, you would have revealed that immediately. You’re just doing this so we WIFOM it once you are dead.
If an Investigator turns up Scum, there’s no need to hold it back. I don’t understand proTown motivations for turning the findings into a huge, drawn out theatrical production. Trying to convince us that you’re Town aligned by revealing what you know piece by piece makes no sense, since in the end you would have had to tell us everything.

Would someone not part of the CIAS bandwagon please cross-check Guiri’s posts? It’s possible CIAS has a point.
@CIAS: I didn’t see a response to my question, so I’ll repeat it on this page (seeing as it’s easy to lose something one page back): Did you leave any breadcrumbs of your investigations from Nights 1 or 2?

A point would be “I investigated GuiriEnEspaña because he did X, Y and Z which pinged me as being scummy and made me quite sure he was a good candidate for the Head Screamer so, lo and behold, when I investigated him I found out that he was just a scum vanilla so I didn’t bother to tell anyone and preferred to let everyone vote for me first.”
Now, that would be a point.
What was the first thing Alka did toDay? Post his conclusion that CIAS is the fourth berynium-holder and must be the Head Screamer.

Actually Scuba’s actions yesterday while defending Cat was pinging away at me, but I was going to wait until the lynch confirmed Cat’s scuminess before following up on that.

Gryff, I have a loooong history of triggering people’s Scum-dar, yet I’ve never been Scum. I also have a loooong history of voting for Town.
Both of you (Guiri and Gryff) have good points. (Thinking out loud) Alka jumped on at Dawn to say, “I caught a Scum!” Some time later, Cat said, “Not me!” Only significantly later did Cat say “I caught a Scum!” So I see your points, Cat is acting NOT like a Town detective.
Cat, care to rebut? Also, care to address Guiri’s point – why did you investigate who you claimed to investigate?

Well, IF Cat flips Town, we obviously lynch (or vig, but I’m pretty sure we have an SK and not a vig) you Tomorrow, cause that means the investigator caught Scum. But yeah, Cat flipping Town just means he’s a combo Miller/Cop, and a cop can’t be held accountable for fingering a Miller.
