No, I think it’s broadly pro-Town; Town gets saved half a mislynch, so long as we accept that the Esape Artist is probably Town (or Third Party, but not scum), which seems like a reasonable conclusion as it would be a very powerful power to give to scum.
I’m trying to think about this – that assumes we “lynch” the escape artist rather than actually lynching Scum. If the effect of the claim is to not try to lynch the escape artist, then it’s basically no effect, right? Except that it pretty much forces Scum to deal with the role themselves – that is good for Town.
I’m not sure I even want to touch the “too strong for Scum” argument. Boozy will know why!
