Scrubs 3/1

“Pleasure myself. Weep. Repeat.”
:stuck_out_tongue:

Well, gee, that’s a really flattering picture you paint of men, there, Omniscient. Totally willing to pitch something that looks like there might really be something there for one night of meaningless sex. Some guys, sure. But not all men are such slobbering penis-led pigs. The whole point was that he’s not that sort of guy, at least not normally. The normal JD wouldn’t have gone out with Molly. He would have either gone to Kylie’s and dry-humped his way through another pair of cords, or invited Kylie along with them. 'Cause JD is a good man. He just got temporarily off-track.

(Besides, it doesn’t make logical sense to risk a relationship where you’ll eventually get sex on a regular basis long-term for one night. Lots of nights of sex with Kylie would seem to outweigh one night of sex with Molly.)

You make it sound like there’d actually be rational thought involved.

We’re not? News to me…

Awesome line. Second best line from this episode was delivered by J.D.'s penis (spoken in an English accent-) after he botched the imminent sexual encounter with his g/f.
"I will kill you."

I sincerely regret not taping this episode for repeat viewings. All the great elements of Scrubs were just that much better this episode. A perfect combination of drama, witty jokes and slapstick.

How cool is that that Braff directed…? This may have been my favorite episode yet.

It was a good episode, but I find that the show dips slightly when the plot goes too far from the hospital.

I am finding the Carla/Turk “We’re In Trouble” subplot a little forced.

And “JD Dates a Black Girl That Doesn’t Put Out and Then When she’s ready he talks about sleeping with another girl” feels a bit too “sitcom.”

The Janitor/Blonde Doctor/Dr. Cox subplot was GREAT.

Well, most of you don’t slobber.

I think that the voice for his Penis was the fellow who played the hangman in Blazing Saddles and Robin Hood: Men in Tights. Looking at imdb, I find that his name is Robert Ridgely, and that he died in 1997…so I guess it wasn’t him…but whoever did do the voice made it sound like him, I think.

A lot (and I mean LOT) of the hospital staff I know loved it in the first couple of seasons (especially when Elliot was dating a murse) but have stopped watching since it started drifting away from the hospital. I still love it but I can see their point.

Yes, Braff was credited in the opening as director.

Me too – that was a great moment. Dr. Cox and diabolical laughter. Wonderful.

Did Dr. Cox’s escalating laughter over the van’s explosion remind anyone of the scene from Billy Madison where B. Whitford catches on fire?

Not to sound greedy, but can I have them and Kylie & Carla?

and while you’re at it, throw in Jordan and Danni

And Ted. C’mon. With all those women, you can at least throw some scraps to ol’ Ted.
(And the midget. BRING THE MIDGET!)

Scrubs is responsible for my favourite line ever

“What has two thumbs and doesn’t give a crap?”

Bob Kelso!

-Joe, hasn’t downloaded all of the Scrubs episodes because that would be illegal

Me, has, because otherwise I’d still only be halfway through season 2 (stupid Australian tv)…

Make it a six-pack!
