I agree completely. Judy Reyes looks and acts differently in this episode. Kind of like LaVerne being all serious and pious in the episode in which she gets in the car crash. It is out of character.

What did she do different? I think she’s changed the least out of J.D., Turk, Eliot, and herself.
She looks and acts identical, while the other three have changed massively.
I think the Mars bar is now Snickers with Almonds.
Also, haven’t we seen this episode about ten times before. Scrubs has probably made me laugh more than any other show, but I think that they have taken it about as far as it can go.
I’m not sad to see this as the final season. I plan to just smile along and watch it fade away.

Ah, looking at Wiki, it seems that the Mars Bar I know is the “UK” version; there are no almonds in it, and in fact there has been a massive advertising campaign lately over the fact that it is 100% peanut free. I didn’t know it wasn’t available in the States. “Snickers with Almonds” just isn’t really the same thing at all, is it?
