You’re right, I should have. I’ve been very lax this year in my fantasy football management. I’m going to have to win out going forward to even have a shot at anything. There’s no free agent defense worth starting this week and mine is on a bye, the stars seemed to be aligning for me not to win this week, and I didn’t want to give up running back to have 3 QBs to try to win a game I probably wasn’t going to anyway.
Now watch the rest of my team do well and I lose by 5 points anyway.
Steve Smith Sr. is done, which means my team probably is too (especially since I am taking another close loss). I was already basically throwing darts at scrubs for my third receiver.
I do have Austin Seferian-Jenkins, who had 110 yards and two scores before going down with an injury in week 2, and should return next week. I’ll trade him for a serviceable WR and throw in Bobby Rainey (and his return yardage) if anyone wants him. Or you can have Julius Thomas for a WR2.
Alright, trading Latavius Murray for TY Hilton. Cancelled other offers.
I put out a bunch of offers without checking the rest of the schedule too thoroughly. Hilton gets Denver this week (where Luck gets destroyed) and then a bye. So that’s 2 bad weeks of the remaining 6. Ah well.
Sure, I pushed it through. I’ll push through any trades made before Saturday instantly when I see them - I often just don’t notice it in the league so I tend to notice if people post about it - or on Saturday if both parties agree they want the trade to go through that week.
