Your “races” do not exists as discrete genetic groupings. You have no genetic evidence of any difference intelligence between populations, much less your nonexistent “races”. All you have is an achievement gap that is, by many measures, shrinking. And your own biases and prejudices which are open for all to see.
What experiences have you had with black people that have had the most impact on your way of thinking? Were you assaulted? Was someone close to you the victim of a crime? It’s obvious that it’s not any scientific evidence that has led you to your conclusions (since you ignore the vastly greater amounts of data that contradict many of your claims, and that you have zero data for most of the rest), so I bet it was personal experience.

Clearly it is not the case that all black people perform or behave worse than whites. I myself am an example of a successful black man that received no affirmative action or the like (also I’m a member of mensa).
Even if it were irrefutably shown that black average IQ is lower than whites’ there would be huge amounts of overlap and many outliers.
Personally I’m inclined to not give a toss about averages, just try to make the playing field as fair as possible (i.e. no AA) and if green people do less well than blues on average, so what? It’s not like every blue could look at any green and say “You are inferior to me”.

By broaching trivial points you try to avoid looking at the big picture. The big picture is that whites and Orientals perform and behave better than all the other races on the average. That can be explained by the biological histories of the various races, sub races, and hybrid races. The fewer generations separate a race from stone age savagery, the more savage that race behaves.

Where is the evidence that blacks behave and perform as well as whites on the average? 
Because that evidence does not exist, when will it? Another fifty years? Another five hundred years?
Where’s the evidence that any of this is genetic? I think that comes before anyone providing evidence to counter what has not, as yet, been proven.
