The way you classify people (your “three races”) is not a trivial point. If your classification “system” is wrong (and the data shows that it is), then it becomes impossible to attribute certain genetic tendencies to one of these wrongly classified “races”.

So if I use your reasoning, southeast Asians must have a greater genetic tendency towards aggression and violence than Sahelian West African “blacks”.

There were several (well-documented) tribes in Papua/New Guinea that practiced cannibalism well into the 20th century and not as a response to starvation and still at least one tribe that practices it to this day (again, not as a response to starvation).
