I’ve been really trying to muster up as much compassion as I can, but the ‘‘all felons should be executed’’ thing just makes it really hard to view NDD as anything other than a monster. I’m really just in awe of how inhuman some humans can be.

I do favor more and longer prison sentences under harsher conditions. I am convinced that this is the only practical means of reducing the crime rate. Since 1980 the prison population has tripled. The crime rate has declined by one third.
In addition I think we should eliminate AFDC, and institute free abortion on demand.
The high cost of incarceration can be reduced by the thorough exploitation of prison labor. There must be work that is too painful and dangerous for free labor to perform. Convicts should be forced to do this work in order to pay their debts to society.
I will change when blacks perform and behave as well as whites.
The reason it does not say anything about genetics is because for many this remains a forbidden topic. I have read studies of the persistent race gap in academic performance and mental aptitude test scores. Every explanation but the genetic explanation will be discussed and discarded as insufficient. The conclusion will be, “We really do not why the race gap continues.”

You must agree that blacks are not treated as well in this society as whites. How could they be expected to perform as well as whites, even assuming a reasonable “performance” metric exists?

And as we have seen, when it is not about black people, he readily goes to the cultural and enviornmental explanation as we all read earlier in this very thread.

Responding more seriously to this penis idea of Rushton, is it not itself inherently illogical in the face of the evolution humans?
First, it appears that humans have more prominent sexual characteristics than the chimpanzees, and the penis of humans is larger than any other primates penis by proportion or by body size or absolutely. It makes no sense to assert a hypothesis of a trade off between brain and penis size or intelligence and penis size when the demonstrated evolution shows both penis size and brain size or intelligence increased at the same time in humanity.
It has no evolutionary logic to support it, and it is a Esope’s fable type story in the face of what the evolutionary evidence would say. What real genetic and evolutionary logic would there be that intelligence and penis both increased over evolution until what only the moment that the white people came along? Does this show any sense?
