Hunh, in that quote I didn’t say anything of the sort that intelligence is an all together different thing than inheriting other traits. That’s so weird. I did say it was harder to define and quantify.

Bobby Fisher did take an IQ test. So did Adolf Hitler. I am not sure how Beethoven’s IQ was estimated. Thomas Jefferson’s IQ is estimated as 138. I would have estimated about 175 for Jefferson.
While that video is focused on climate change Peter Hadfield shows how useless are the ones that are not experts.
The point stands, to make good policies you need to consult experts on the matter, so far the ones that you have pointed are either misrepresented by you or just plain wrong an unscientific.
