My retreat has been submitted - I don’t know whether The Case of the Missing Orders have been resolved yet, but I would guess we sit tight until told otherwise…

Is game 2 excessively “fleety?” I count 15 fleets and 19 armies. That seems a little more naval than normal in my not very extensive experience. Thoughts?
