I’m mostly creating this thread for one league - The Big League - since all the other leagues are filled up. But if anyone wants to advertise their own league here, that’s fine.
The Big League is in it’s 11th year. The main feature is that it features 20 teams - the most yahoo allows - which means that basically all useful players get drafted and you have to go much deeper than standard leagues in terms of forming a roster. You’ll be starting guys that probably wouldn’t be worth your bench slot in a standard league. It’s a lot of fun, trying to find gems and having a wide variety of strategies available to you at draft time.
To play in this league, draft attendance is mandatory - yahoo average values are set up for a 12 man league, which is vastly different from a 20 man league, which means that the auto-drafting process wouldn’t field a viable team. It’s an auction draft, too.
The draft is in 2 days. Wednesday, the 4th, at 8 eastern. If you’re interested in signing up, PM me or post in the league thread.
