Very cool - almost looks like a watercolor.
Just a phone shot of my day so far— got up at 5am to get a pork shoulder and brisket going in the full darkness and rain. Having some family over later.
I scrolled down through that, so I saw the top of the picture first. For a fraction of a second I thought they were real spiders.
More fall colors from West Sussex - this time the Loder valley:

I was stopped somewhere once near some nice tall pines with the sun shining through them and tried to take some photos. The dynamic range was very challenging for getting a good shot, though. One of the things I tried was a feature on Open Camera that tries to compute a single-shot HDR-like image. It usually fails. But at least this time it failed interestingly.

Cemetery in the small town next door.
Wailea on Maui.
Stunning. I would hang that in my house.
I like it. Very creative and imaginative.
Another one suitable for Halloween - The Night Watchman.
In this late night image captured by a security camera, I am crossing a sheet of ice covering the driveway after a winter storm knocked out power, heading to the garage to get the generator.
Thank you so much!
Taken Feb 2017 a foggy morning, knew I had to park and capture the moment.
I don’t think 666 exists anymore (it’s 181 now), but I have 80 acres just off of it, near St. Johns, AZ.
I somehow got to leave work early this day- I can’t remember why. And this sort of zoo/farm place was otherwise never open when I wasn’t at work, so I grabbed my camera and jumped at the opportunity to practice. Of course, once I got there, it started pouring. This kid wasn’t letting it dampen her joy, though.
