The sky in winter in central Spain can really look blue like that.
The flowers were plastic too, BTW.
I prefer to think of it as a black bodied redbird.

Cute! Is he or she heterochromic (different color eyes) or is that just a trick of the lighting?
He does have different colored eyes. Makes him seem demented, and of course the hanging tongue does as well.

This just goes to show that phones are much better at capturing fireworks these days.
Now, the second one I suggest you click on, because the fireworks were behind, but close to, a line of poplar trees, and I really like the way the poplars were illuminated.
