We’re…not in, sad to say. Lady Cheek is getting ready for a trip she’ll be taking later this week and I’ve got an appointment in Edmonds.

Ellen Forney! She’s awesome. I commissioned a piece from her a couple of years ago and she was incredibly cool to work with.

Deck weather is looking like a go.
I’m going to try to show up early to snag an outside table.
So? Was it deck weather? How’d you guys do?
We sat on the deck.
When the final score was totaled, we got only 22 right.
But that was good enough to tie for first.
And we lost in the tiebreaker.
Bah.
Bah is right.
Mildly frustrating because we did guess correctly for several answers, but there were also several answers where we discussed the right answer but went with something else.
Bumping just to say I can’t make it tonight or next week.
Can’t make it tonight either, as I’ll be picking up Lady Cheek at the airport. On another note, I probably won’t be able to show for some time, as I’ll be in rehearsal for a play opening in Sept. I’ll have to look at the schedule a bit closer to figure out which dates are good, but for the most part, it looks like I’ll be AWOL.
Lady Cheek, on the other hand, still intends to show.
I’m working late-ish tonight so I may be there by 8 or I may not show at all. Won’t know until early evening yada yada.
Well, I’ll be there. Probably between 7 and 7:30. Hope I’m not all alone.

Pish and tosh. Although I’m quite certain we won’t be seeing as much of you, $10 sez you’ll be allowed to forgo screamin’ kids for at least one night every now and again. Of course, that’s with the caveat that you return the favour sometime.
Play runs from the 9-25th of September. I don’t have a large part by any means, so if your wife’s in, y’know, labour or something, don’t feel obliged to show.
If my wife’s in labor that long, you’ll read about it in the papers.
And I just realized that we’re still planning the Doper Underworld tour on August 12. Right?
My brother and I are definitely on for this evening. We’ll be there about 7:00.

Lady Cheeck is in, but I, unfortunately, will not be. I’ll be dropping her off and picking her up, however.
As for the Underworld tour, I’d completely spaced on that! I’ll have to check my rehearsal schedule.
