my friends and i were talking and it came up in the conversation on how, some woman may not be able to have an orgasim. could this be true? and why or why not?
I have known a few women who had never had one, and were psychologically unable to have one. I also know that some victims of female Genital Mutilation are unable to have one, also.

I know that I’ve never run into such a woman…
It’s possible for some people to be blind, deaf, or not be able to sing worth a damn. Anything is POSSIBLE.
On he other hand, the vast majority of women who have never experienced orgasm or who are convinced they can’t fall into two categories:
-
Those who, for whatever reason (usually the way they were raised) are painfully sexually repressed and could probably use counselling, and
-
Those who have really awful lovers.
and
3. Have a medical condition that makes it very difficult to achieve orgasm.
…including certain medications.
I’ve had one or two really awful lovers but it never stopped me… however, I do have a girlfriend who claims never to have had one… says she gets all tensed up when she gets too close… sad thought, that…
I will admit to being intimate with a woman who had never had an orgasm, and didn’t have one while with me. :o 'Course, it couldn’t possibly have been my fault. 
I don’t know why - something about sex was a problem. I’m not going to go into detail, just in case she’s a poster. I probably didn’t make it easier - while I was smart enough not to “push for” the orgasm, it is part of my basic assumptions about intimacy, and, while I tried to hide it, I did find it a bit unsettling.

Sure, every woman doesn’t have an orgasm for quite some number of years.
I read somewhere that, for the majority of woman, it is physically impossible to achieve orgasm during sexual intercourse. That is not to say that they can’t have orgasms at all. Just not during the actual act of sex.
In Spanish we say there’s no such thing as a cold woman, only clumsy men.
IRL though I have seen the whole range from those with really instense orgasms to those that just seemed to enjoy sex for the intimacy and loving but no orgasm to speak of.
Only a few had really intense orgasms and I do not measure that but their screaming or anything of the sort but just when you can tell she just lets go and has one of those orgasms that make you feel so satisfied as a man. 
Once I was eating… (well, you know what I mean) and she had a most intense orgasm… the only thing is she broke my eyeglasses and I am helpless without them. I loved it but now I always take them off before going south

And for the longest time I didn’t have one at all.
Luckily that’s no longer true
I wish to point out that some of you studs may be the greatest lovers in the world, but when you are facing a woman with her clitoris and labia hacked off, you will change your tune. Fortunately, these are rare, and altho I have seen one in person, I have never “known” one, altho I did “know” a young lady who had the clitoral foreskin “nicked” for religous reasons.
The only woman I know who was unable to have an Orgasm for non- physical reasons, had migraines, and would get one as she approached orgasm. That is tough to overcome, no matter your skill as a lover.
