Shagnasty is a misogynistic prick

It’s hard to think of a more fitting punishment for Dr. Nassar. But Shagnasty’s pedophilia has never been fully proven. It is just implied with his overall view of women as walking vaginas with a price tag and his interest in teen gymnastics.

He was also reported to Child Protective Services by his daughter’s therapist:

My daughter was having emotional problems and the psychologist asked her “Has your father ever touched you in a way that made you feel uncomfortable?” My daughter said “Yes” so she reported it to CPS. What she didn’t ask the then 6 year old was what she meant by that. What she meant was that I patted her on the back once when she had a sunburn.

Of course, this story (like so many of Shagnasty’s stories) is pretty fishy. I don’t consider it plausible that a psychologist would have no follow-up questions for a six year old who’d just agreed that her father touched her in a bad way. Either there was something more than a one-word answer that caused the psychologist to be concerned about the daughter’s safety, or this story is complete fiction that Shagnasty posted because he wanted to play the victim. For his daughter’s sake I hope it’s the latter, although I feel sorry for her either way.
