The whole point of the joke was that it was easily mistaken for “BANNED”, and this is precisely the aspect of it that makes it a pain in the butt for the mods. If you suggest “BANNNNNNED”, or argue that people should be able to tell the difference, then the joke isn’t funny at all any more.
