OK I am a Simpsons FANTAIC. I love the Simpsons. But I cannot remember this one thing. I cannot remember the episode, but I do remember a couple things.
Homer and Bart were playing a board game that was made of two board games. (One of those was Battleship)
The name of the game was Battle________.
Lisa was watching.
Lisa said something like, “Dad, this isn’t even a real game,” and Homer responded by saying, “Tell that to the thousands of men who just died, Lisa.”
What I can’t remember is the name of the other game, and what the combined name was. I was also hoping to get the storyline of that episode.
It was Battleship and Scrabble…don’t think it had a name.
Also, 'twas the episode where Grandpa wanted to get his license (back) to learn to drive again. And when they wouldn’t let him drive, he threw himself on the ground and said he was “Dead, dead, dead!” and then finally, Marge agreed to help him get his license. Then he gets a girlfriend voiced by Olympia DuKakis and at the end, they all bawl her out, calling her a “Hootchie, hootchie, hootchie!” Charo was there, too. Good episode, that.
