Skrooh you, Nike!

The must disgusting aspect of this is that manny probably doesn’t have a real problem with gay people, he’s pandering to the religious right wing in the Philippines which is a sizeable part of the electorate.

So he’s an opportunist hypocritical bigot, which IMO is worse than a genuine bigot.

Oh, he was the Glee gay kissing guy? I remember now…what an asshole.

Go ahead, do whatever you think is your constitutional right, even if you’re already pissing someone off. Pray it’s just the seats.

I’m a fortune teller. In your future I can see a violent and humiliating encounter with a man in uniform. It does not end well.

Wishing harm on another poster is a violation of board rules. Please avoid doing this in the future.

No warning issued.

I did not wish harm on him, I pointed out that as a direct consequence of his actions (slashing a seat back with a knife), and his lack of remorse or understanding he is likely to soon have an encounter with a man in uniform. I wish that he will learn and not have this encounter, but that is probably unlikely.

How the fuck was she “pissing you off”? And even if people talking on cell phones in public annoy you, threatening them with a knife is completely out of proportion and suggests you have some major issues. Most rational people don’t do that.

And law enforcement kind of frowns on that kind of thing. (As for “it’s just the seats”, technically, that WAS vandalism, so it’s not exactly a great defense, dude)

Is it the “wink” that makes this non-threatening? Not to worry, I have already decided not to ride public transportation with you.

In all seriousness, you need to get some help. Your behavior and reactions are not remotely appropriate.

I am also willing to entertain the possibility that you are just trolling. You certainly find this thread entertaining.

There’s a general board rule against “wishing harm” on another poster that’s pretty broad. It was instituted specifically to prevent people from threatening each other, but is actually written to include things that a poster couldn’t possibly inflict on another poster - such as, say, getting intestinal cancer. You also can’t get around the rule by adopting a faux-concerned attitude. “If you keep doing that, someone is going to stab you, and that would be sad,” is generally also going to get dinged under this rule.

In the post of yours I noted, you specified a “violent” encounter with a policeman, which puts you on the other side of the line for this rule. “Humiliating” by itself would have been fine.

While I’m at it:

This is also a violation of the rule against wishing harm on other posters. Don’t do this again.

Warnings issued so far remain at zero.

OK point taken and I apologise. However, our charming friend the_diego quite possibly has a serious mental health problem. I do genuinely hope he gets some help and he really really should stop carrying that knife around, since he seems to be unable to control his impulses to display it.

He is clearly someone who should not be allowed sharp implements, I agree. I’m not sure he should trusted with shoelaces.

You could strangle someone with those things.

Unless you fix them with a Karate stare.
Though I have found that a Judo glance or Aikido leer is far more effective.

Someday Pat, you might have to wind around the stinking slums of Manila. And you’ll be thankful I’m with you.

This really troubled me, so I asked the_diego about it.
“the_diego, you said once I decided to follow you,
You’d walk with me all the way.
But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life,
there was only one set of footprints.
I don’t understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me.”

He whispered, “My precious child, I love you and will never leave you
Never, ever, during your trials and testings.
When you saw only one set of footprints,
It was then that I veered off to treat that bitch on the bus to a Karate stare and a flash of knife steel, using hand speed that would have scared a samurai warrior.”

It is very difficult to imagine anyone being happy or grateful for such a person being present. Maybe as a target or to point at him and laugh.

No one expects the Akido Leer!!!

The Capoeira lip curl?
The Taekowndo taunt?
The Krav Maga cutting remark?

Oh wait, that last one is one of them there Jew styles.

Oh, it’s quite clear there was at least one idiot in your environs while growing up.

So lets be clear here, when you pulled a knife and slashed these seats which city were you in? I’ve walked around Phonmh Penh, Cambodia at 3AM in pretty dodgy areas and I didn’t carry a knife with me. In fact in my entire adult life including living in Brixton in London for four years of that time I never needed to carry a knife. So exactly where where you where you “needed to be carrying” ?

It’s like this. The odds of someone carrying a knife in a given area are very low. By carrying a knife, he ensures no one else will be carrying a knife.
