Small moments of Glory

Not the big stuff, just the small moments that leave you smiling inside.
Today I had an obviously mentally ill customer who threatened to call…The President on me. Then totally lost his shit when I not only laughed at him, and then admitted that yes, I was laughing at that threat, but then also told him to go ahead and do it and Good Luck With That.

I’ve been smiling and giggling inside all day. It was all kinds of fun.
I have to admit, I love cooler weather. Sleeping under the covers with the window open with the night time low less than 60 makes me all kinds of happy.

Sitting in my chair. Cat purring on my chest. Favorite show on TV. Or no TV but my music playing loud. Mug of root beer or Cherry coke. I’d rather be there in that moment than just about anywhere else.
Share your little moments of happiness and glory. Because the true meaning of life is not in the large things, the great moments. The meaning of life lies in the small moments of happiness and joy that we experience every day. That is where we exist, and where we should look for nourishment.
