Smallville/Supernatural 11/20

And yet they do, for no good reason. Believe me, I’ve heard it.

Hate it when I fall behind.

Smallville: Didn’t like the Cloverfield shaky handicam filming parts, but otherwise a pretty good ep. Oliver Queen has been having some pretty good scenes. I liked it when he guessed it was Clark who Lois was talking about. I expected him to say “yeah, we’re all in love with him, in our own way.” The EMT/Doomsday guy has had some good scenes too. The best part of the episode was the end. The song they were playing fit the cinematography very well. Wish I knew what the song was.

I don’t see why they’d kill Chloe. I heard they wrote her into the comics. Even if they didn’t, tough. Also, I never want to see Clark wearing his underpants outside costume. Never. Not even in the final episode of the series. Green Arrow showed us just how ridiculous it would look when he was pretending to be the red & blue hero.

Supernatural: The final showdown was disappointing. It’s like they ran out of special effects budget. When Anna got her grace back, I expected all sorts of kicking ass and lightning bolts. I also expected more than a fist-fight between the angels & demons. Everybody got nerfed.

At the end I can kind of understand why we didn’t get a brother hug. A hug just doesn’t seem like enough when you’ve just found out your brother spent 30 years being tortured and ten years being a torturer. A hug would have been great for us, the audience, but really - what do say to that?

We have to wait 'til January? Aw, man!
