There exists a small handful to whom I’d love to administer a bunch of fives, but that’s illegal, and I wouldn’t do it anyway. Nice to think about it though. 
I can’t say that I do. There are some people in GD that hold views that are the polar opposite of mine, some of them are well spoken and intelligent and some are imbeciles. Same for those that agree with me. There are some regular posters that would not respond to me in a million years and some that will interact with me. Doesn’t bother me either way, I just calls it like I sees it.
Mostly, I don’t hold a grudge against people I get pissed off at. When it happens, I usually end up forgetting about it quickly; I’m not great at holding grudges and I realize that my anger very likely wasn’t rational. But there are definitely people I dislike; I’ve found that if someone impresses me with their stupidity once, they’re highly unlikely to change my opinion over time. Stupidity is the thing I find really unforgiveable. I have a good memory for those people, including ones who I’ve never spoken to.
There are a few Dopers whose opinions on certain subjects offend me to my core. There are a couple of others who I consider asswipes in general. I’m sure I arouse the same passions in others on certain topics I sink my teeth into.
But my Ignore list? Empty. I’ve never even clicked the link. Even if I’m not going to read a post, it’s no skin off my nose if it appears on my screen. "Sticks and stones… ", and all that.

A while back a poster commented on one of my threads “You probably don’t care about what I have to say because of your low opinion of me.” or words to that effect and I had NO idea what he was talking about. Like, none. I even went back a ways a looked at previous threads that we’d both posted in and still had no idea. Maybe I know him IRL and just dont realize!
There’s one poster who always seems to react badly to my posts - if I post something and he posts after the rolleyes he’s casting in my direction seems to be audible (regardless of the topic). However, I still read and post in his threads because we have a couple of things in common and he’s very knowledgeable on subjects that I’m interested in so I just post and sort of brace myself for his scorn.
That’s about it. There are a couple of people who when I read their posts I can guess who it is posting before I actually read their name - I don’t like this because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes shit happens.

There are about three or four dopers who have repeatedly said things so vile and morally depraved that I will never forgive them. Every time I see their name my lip twitches into a sneer of disdain.
I’ve gotten into nasty arguments with several people and let it go, there have been some who said dumb things once or twice, and of course the morons who flame out after a few months. They don’t bother me so much, what’s another moron, and I can take disagreement.
But people who don’t think genocide is such a big deal? Not so much. Any genocide applauder is going to go on my permanent, never to be expunged shit list, as not worthy of being a fellow Eukaryote.

No. The only thing that will cause me to do that (refrain from saying anything encouraging) is if the Doper in question has proven consistantly to be such a rambling and incapable of logic “one trick pony”,that nearly every post they make is just nonsense.
Though on occasion I’ve seen a few of those “nutso” ones say something so funny I couldn’t help but post a positive comment, especially since with that sort, it’s so unexpected for them to think of something like that.
Memories of the fights tend to linger, but the names go away. I hope the people I’ve pissed off don’t remember me any better than I remember the people who’ve pissed me off. Actually, I remember the handful of posters I consider raving lunatics or complete morons, undeserving of any respect, far better than I do those I’ve had flame-wars with. It’s the people I don’t respect whom I don’t bother to read anymore.
I don’t have anyone on “ignore;” who knows what interesting stuff I might miss? I can ignore people perfectly well on my own without an assist from my computer.
That said, in my tenure here, three people, on two separate occasions, have called me the c-word. One apologized; the other two did not. The first, no worries, water under the bridge. The other two? Do I carry a grudge? Oh, yes. Yes, I do. That doesn’t mean I’m waiting in the weeds for them. But do I remember who they are? Yes. I do. And if I ever met them at a Dopefest, I would not be so crass as to be ostentatious in cutting them, but I would not want to shake their hands, and I would not want to talk to them; they are not people I care to know.
And of course I completely neglected to answer part of the OP’s question. No, I’ve never put anyone on ignore. Especially not the nutso ones, they’re very entertaining, particularly when they start foaming at the mouth and stuff.
I’m another that tends not to look at (or remember) names on posts. There are a few dopers that have great names that match their personalities, but for the most part I can’t remember who I’ve gotten into it with, and animosities tend not to move from thread to thread.
Can’t remember who said anything bad. A few moderators that I have found didn’t really think so I stopped going to the forums they looked after (obviously not here at present).
On the flip side, there are the posters who I do remember and actively seek their threads.
