I get lots more edumacation and entertainment and infotainment here than $7.48 worth. I’ve re-upped and I don’t see any reason why I won’t again next year.
I don’t use the search function, ever, for any reason. I find it’s too slow and useless for my tastes. But the posting and the reading alone are worth it and then some and then some more for me.
Just re-signed a few moments ago. Firstly, this is the only place in the world where I can proudly carry the tag “Charter member”, and secondly I’m ignored here by a much higher average quality of person than most of the places where I’m ignored.
Two weeks ago. If I find another message board that is nearly as good as this one, I am out. Even if the other one is more expensive.
I’ll keep my eyes peeled.

Did it about a week ago. With my upcoming surgery and stuff, I haven’t been spending so much time here lately, but at the half price rate, how could I not re-subscribe? It guarantees I’ll still have my charter member status when other things settle down and I get more time here.
Now that is one impressively low post count. You must have a will of iron!
I’ve reupped, although I’m spending the next year or so homeless for adventurous purposes. So when I stumble upon the occasional internet cafe in the Amazon basin, I will browse the SDMB, catch up on Casey and Andy and Girl Genius Online, and email my loved ones to let them know I’m still alive. Probably in that order.

I re-upped last night even though I rarely post these days… I still get more than $7 worth of entertainment here, and I like the option of making an ass of myself via a poorly considered post should the opportunity present itself! 
Yep. I search the boards a lot; especially Cafe Society–I’m always so behind on movies and I like to read the discussions that happened five years ago when the movie was new.
I never know when I’ll just have to post, so I have to keep my membership current and ready to go.
