I have mixed feelings about the Kardashians. On the one hand, it’s nice to have Armenian celebrities since I’m part Armenian (and it’s the cool part). On the other hand, it’d be nicer if they weren’t all such train wrecks.

I think I’ll go read some Saroyan and listen to Khachaturian.

You want some Armenians to be proud of, check out this farm in Fresno. I would much rather be known for coming to the US to escape the Turks, and end up with a sizable farm producing an actual useful product. [Jerry is an ex-brother-in-law, so I know a few of the Simoneans. I would rather hold them up as examples than people known for their screwing around and doing drugs.]
