They’re 10 weeks old already - isn’t it time they picked up the pace? I told my daughter she needs to work on her milestones. And sticking out her tongue doesn’t count, it’s not listed on any of the charts. My son just kicks continually.

I keep looking at the pictures I’ve taken, to remind myself how cute they can sometimes be. Next time I’ve got to download a series of them screaming, just for the sake of truthful advertising.
OH sure! Some people keep saying ‘I just blinked and they were graduating college’ but that is a lie that parents tell childless couples to trick them in breeding.

This stage is like you holding their hands as you walk beside them while they are being pulled up a roller coaster’s initial climb because once they get mobile and little more interactive, you’ll be just trying to keep up.*

After careful review of the absolutely adorable evidence, my verdict is that you must cuddle and kiss them and make raspberries on their little feetsies until they erupt in fits of giggles. It won’t make them clean up their rooms, but it’ll make the time pass much funner until they’re able to.

How to pass the time? “Go do your homework” you can say, and they won’t roll their eyes or talk back.
