What’s the value of what a thief would get if he were to rob you down to the skin right this very second?
Counting all accessories, eyewear, headwear, clothing, underwear-- absolutely everything that isn’t attached to your body somehow.
Don’t count for depreciation, don’t count sale price (if you purchased it on sale). Count the wallet and cash, but credit cards, library cards, license are too hard to put a price on so don’t count them.
I’m at work right now, so I’s got my ‘good’ clothes on. After work, I’ll be lucky if the total value cracks $20.
Shirt: $15
Pants: $30
Belt: $15 (?)
Underwear/socks: $5
Shoes: $50
Money in pockets: $27
Wallet: $10 (also includes one credit card, potential value to thief could be much higher if card isn’t reported stolen right away)
Glasses: ~$100
Watch: $30
Cell phone: $60
Total: $342
Shirt: 60 bucks
Pants: 40
Socks: 3 (not wearing shoes atm at work, they are right next to me though)
Underwear: 10 bucks (I like good underwear)
Wallet: $50 bucks and some change
Car Keys: I won’t count this one because they need the car too.
Cell Phone: 200 (what I paid for it a few years ago)
Magayuk those are some really cheap shoes. I am officially impressed, as it is practically impossible to find shoes that are cheap, durable, not too shabby looking and comfortable. I thought I did good finding a pair for 20 Euro, but 10 US$ is quite the bargain. Damn, I am green with envy now!
Anyway, here I go:
Socks - don’t know, maybe 2 Euro?
Underwear - likewise. Taking a guess, 5 Euro?
Trousers - 39 Euro
Shoes - 20 Euro
Shirt - 25 Euro
Watch - 10 Euro
Belt - 5 Euro (again, taking a wild guess)
Cash - 42,67 Euro
Cell Phone - ~ 50 Euro
Shirt - $7
Shorts - don’t remember when I got them or how much I paid, but let’s say $10
Sneakers - $30
Socks - $1
Underwear - $1
Watch - $25 (slightly misleading since the watchband is broken)
Total = $74. Wow. However, this is wildly misleading since I doubt anybody would actually be able to sell my clothes for more than $5 or so.
