I sent off my package today by Priority Mail. 2-3 days until a certain Doper receives a treasured family heirloom.
While I was at the Post Office, I also sent cards to two older relatives…from the stash of cards I got in my White Elephant package from rocking chair!
Hooray for other people’s junk!
Augh! I’m running into time-management problems, but I swear the package will go out by the middle of next week!
I’m getting all twitchy with anticipation. Both for getting my elephant, and for my victim getting the one I sent.
I sent mine off back on 6/28. I haven’t seen any glowing praise so I’m not sure if it arrived all right. I’m thinking that sending that china in the same box as my ball bearing collection maybe wasn’t such a bright idea.
