Heh, the first thing I noticed about Enderw24’s list was that it ws a reverse order of many of the posters that had just contributed to the thread. I don’t recall him/her ever being prickish, or even priggish really, before. He/she’s jest fuckin’ with everyone and probably kickin’ back right now and having a pretty good giggle that anyone took it seriously.
Look at the names. Nobody in their right mind…
One thing’s almost a certainty: next time we spot Enderw24 in whatever thread she posts in, we’ll pay EF Hutton attention to her. At least I will!
I thought that too, before I looked for my name. That’s not saying that I’m necessarily taking it completely seriously still…
I thought of putting Der Trihs on, now that we can’t properly Pit anyone, if he starts ragging on US soldiers again, as someone mentioned previously (I have a cousin who, as of right now, is in training to go over to Iraq in the next month or so), and I don’t know if I could keep my temper.
On the other hand, the hassle just ain’t worth it. Fuck this bullshit.
It actually started out at the top of the most frequent posters over the last week according to BoardReader. I kinda merged that a bit with every thread started and the lastest posters in the first page of GD (attempting to take out duplicates (which clearly seemed to have failed)). Then I moved on to the Game room and got halfway down when I realized that I really don’t need to be doing something that ridiculous after work hours.
Yep, Der Trihs is the only person I’ve thought about ignoring. He never actually posts an argument; he just states conclusions that he won’t return to back up if you poke and prod him. Now that I know what all those conclusions are on various topics, there’s really no reason to read his posts. If I ever go to a dopefest and he’s there I would turn around and leave.

I thought I had Diane (not to be confused with DianeG or any of the other Dianes)on it at one time, after she pissed me off in a pit thread. But I guess I never actually did it and she hasn’t posted much in the three years since so I haven’t noticed her. So that makes no one.
Never used it, never bothered to figure out how to use it, don’t really see the point.
Sometimes quarantine is the most effective eradication strategy. 
I agree. But if not, I’m not on the list and will be happy to pass anything on to her.
This is almost as bad as rule #2. Not too bad in this thread but in heated discussions taunting someone with your ignore list is worse than insulting them. For the record, there is no one on my ignore list. There are a couple that I refuse to reply to. I will still at least glance at their posts to see if there is anything new being said.

It would be really hard to list all 81,993 people on my list.

I speculate that posts after #149 assumed the veracity of the contents of Post #149 and proceeded with that assumption. This further assumes that all posts after #149 were by people who had read #149 and had no reason to doubt it.
I’d say that’s a good way to maintain gender anonymity.

Believe it or not, **Der Trihs **will debate and answer questions if you don’t go after him guns blazing. I’ve noticed that when people find clever ways to call him an asshole, troll or jerk he just ignores the post. If you honestly engage him there is a decent chance he will reply.

Ender is a boy. I’m surprised people around nowadays don’t know him. Maybe I’m just an old fart who remembers the old days like they were yesterday.
