Several of those are sports-related. One is game-related. One is marriage-related. I’ll leave it to the reader to sort it all out.
I tried to guess who my top 3 would be and only came up with @ZipperJJ and @Spice_Weasel as contenders because they’re my two favorite posters but that was a mostly random guess – I’ve been on the boards for 14 years and am mostly a lurker. So. I looked it up.
@FairyChatMom is #1 with 32. I couldn’t figure that one out until I remembered I used to participate in the MMP at length before it suffered from network decay.
Three-way tie for #2:
@Spice_Weasel is #2 with 19, which is not a surprise – we discussed fiction writing at length in past threads. I guessed right on that one. One of two Dopers I would love to actually meet in person.
@Johnny_L.A is #2 with 19 also, which surprises me. I don’t recall any lengthy discussions with him.
@Chefguy is #2 again with 19. Also surprises me for the same reason.
Tie for #3:
@feppytweed is #3 with 16. No surprise there as I’ve been doing the shot glass exchange for the better part of a decade and he used to emcee it.
@aceplace57 is #3 also with 16. Total mystery, that one. I don’t recall engaging him even once on this board and can’t recall what we discussed.
Johnny, Chef, and Ace usually have interesting things to say so I guess after 14 years I’ve managed to be wowed by their brilliance enough to offer up a number of replies.

LSLGuy: 12 - wouldn’t have guessed this one, so apparently the threads we bumped heads in were quite diverse. I liked him as a poster though, wish he could come back one day.

asahi: 9 - not surprised by him being on the list, considering we both have pretty doom-and-gloom outlooks on the state of the world, only surprised that he’s not #1.
