If one were to go by nothing but the solos, Jessi and Faina were more or less equally lame.
So deciding whom to cut, one must go back to last night. Faina was decent, Jessi was better. So I get that decision.
On the men’s side, Pasha’s solo was meh. But if you’re going to give Jessi the nod for last night’s piece, you have to let him stay, too.
I thought Cedric’s solo was well-calculated. He threw in a lot of contemporary-like moves, as opposed to last week, which was mostly oddball hip-hop-like moves, and managed to score two out of three votes from the judges.
Jimmy’s solo was decent but uninspiring, by comparison.
