Alright now that the day is almost over, what did you have to eat today?
Breakfast: Blueberry pancakes, the kind where you separate and beat the whites from the rest of the batter and then fold them later so you get nice and fluffy ones. Copious amounts of coffee is a given.
Second Breakfast: More coffee, with chocolate peanut butter cups from a gift, plus a smattering of chocolate espresso beans.
Luncheon: Deep fried lumpia with a homemade sweet chili garlic sauce, served with lettuce, mint, and cilantro.
Afternoon Tea: MORE COFFEE!
Dinner: Boeuf Bourguignon, with mushrooms, wine-braised pearl onions, and buttered egg noodles.
Dessert: Rational brain kicks in and tells me no more coffee (at least until tomorrow morning, that is). So, it turns out being a cup of green tea plus a slice (or two!) of pear tart with almond cream.
Midnight snack: ???
