In the UK it’s the right-wing, Britain First crowd by a long way. Muslims are far more likely to be the victims of violence perpetuated by a non-Muslim than the other way around.
There was also this guy recently, although whether he was planning a terrorist attack or was just smuggling weapons is not clear yet. (Not to mention this guywho went to Malaysia and molested up to 200 children AND wrote a manual for paedophiles. )

The transgender theory was shot down locally by yesterday morning, although it was still circulating Facebook this morning, well after the police said very clearly there was no connection.
The most likely scenario at this point is that it was a meth user with a shake bottle that went boom.
