It takes no time at all to open a thread. It takes a VERY long time to make a post, five, ten, even fifteen minutes. The search engine also takes a VERY long time to work or it doesn’t work at all.
As of right now, the OP of this thread isn’t visible.

Although, I must add…
I obviously said 20 seconds before I hit the submit button. At about 30 seconds, when the post had not gone through, I hit cancel and exited that window. But when I went immediately to the thread, my post was there.
So, your post gets through, but you don’t realize it?
Search engine took about 30 seconds for me just now. NOt too bad. I’m gonna hit ‘post’ for this message and then cancel after 10 seconds. Let’s check.
Weird… there are some blank threads floating around.
And, it took over 5 minutes to post a few minutes ago (18.45 EDT, Tuesday), and opening threads is as fast as can be…
Hmmm. The hamster must be out of crack again.
Yeah, we’ve noticed the glitches too. Or bugs. Or features. 
No answers yet, but we’re working on it. Well, not me personally, of course. That would only make things worse.
I think it’s fine now…
